Aligning place with purpose through a digital narrative

Fogo Island Inn
Digital Design, Identity, Messaging
The story of the Fogo Island Inn is rich and complex. In 2015, founder Zita Cobb asked Frontier for a website that honoured that story.
Everything from the Inn’s embeddedness in the surrounding landscape to its locally conceived furniture line to the Shorefast Foundation, which birthed the project, needed a home on the site. We created a navigational structure that pulled directly from Fogo’s DNA and a set of content typologies that helped turn every piece of content into an opportunity to tell a compelling story.
