Live Magazine is a studio-run digital publication. For each issue, we attend an event and create multimedia stories about its most stimulating ideas and conversations. We also become part of the proceedings, building a pop-up space to talk with attendees, gather on-the-spot reactions, and create and sell limited-run objects. Each issue is published online during the event itself, giving immediate context and insight that becomes a lasting artifact.

Our latest issue took place at The Bentway Street Summit, a two-day festival of ideas, installations, and inspiration about streets and public spaces. The issue went live alongside the event’s opening remarks; it was updated over the subsequent few days with stories from the stage and responses from the audience. And because it was not bound to print, we published short films and audio stories alongside interviews, op-eds, and articles.

“The publication and onsite presence during the Summit exceeded my expectations. It is such a fantastic record of the event and reference for the season that captures the essential conversations we are hoping to advance.”
