Sitting on a site with rich and layered history, the Ontario Court of Justice serves complex roles, from recognizing the many people who have lived in this place to renewing the courtroom experience for the twenty-first century. Frontier, working with Renzo Piano Building Workshop, designed a wayfinding system that integrated seamlessly with the architecture, providing information only when and where it was needed. This included an interpretation program recognizing the layers of history of the site.
